Trilok Center Aims to Raise $50K

The Trilok Center for Arts & Education is working to raise funds to improve its infrastructure and will hold its annual gala event, "Spring Swing," this Saturday. 

With a goal of $50,000, the center plans to use the funds raised to purchase a new greenhouse for its garden and a dance floor for its basement performing arts theater, Myrtle Minutes reported. 

The gala will include a live DJ, dancing, food and drink, and attendees will have a chance to purchase local children's artwork.
