FREEPORT, NY — A 13-year-old Freeport resident has been reported missing, Nassau County Police said.
Detectives said Jordan Cruceta was last seen leaving his residence at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. He was reported missing at 2:42 a.m. Thursday.
Police described him as a male Hispanic, 5'8" tall, 180 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He has braces. Jordan was last seen wearing a black jacket, olive green sweatpants, a white tee shirt and sneakers.

Police said his destination was unknown.
