New Italian Restaurant Opens In Freeport
A ribbon cutting was held on Thursday at Le Castella Pizza and Pasta.
FREEPORT, NY — Le Castella Pizza and Pasta held its grand opening on Thursday.
The new Freeport Italian restaurant welcomed Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D–Freeport) and local business members for the ribbon cutting.
"Every grand opening celebration marks a new beginning for an entrepreneur in our community – and their spirit and drive keep our Main Streets strong and vibrant,” Mulé said. “Congratulations to the owners of Le Castella Pizza on this achievement – we wish you many years of delicious success!”

Along with the traditional pizza slices, Le Castella offers some less common choices, such as the chicken, bacon and ranch, and Hawaiian slices.
Le Castella is located at 284 N Main St.
