The Siela Bynoe Campaign Announces Over $500k Raised

Nearly 350 In-District Individual Small-Dollar Donors Help Campaign Maximize New State Matching Fund Program

The Siela for Senate Campaign announced today that they have successfully raised over $500,000 after qualifying for a maximum matching funds payment of $375,000 under the state’s new public campaign finance program. With anticipated matching funds, the campaign has now raised over $200,000 more than Siela’s nearest competitor, and is on track to spend nearly $275,000 more than any other candidate in the race. This filing demonstrates that Siela’s campaign is driven by a powerful-grassroots movement of local small-dollar donors that will carry her to victory in June and November.

“I am immensely grateful for the remarkable support from every corner of my community, including friends, neighbors, colleagues, and the constituents I represent in the Senate District through my role in the County Legislature,” said Legislator Siela Bynoe. “I want to assure Long Islanders that my commitment to fighting for their interests in Albany remains strong—there’s more work to be done. Our journey together is far from over, I acknowledge that my efforts would not be possible without their unwavering support, for which I am deeply thankful.”

The support of 345 individual small-dollar donors from throughout New York Senate District 6is a testament to the trust and confidence that constituents and Long Islanders place in Siela to represent them in the New York State Senate. The campaign’s efforts have resonated strongly throughout the community, reflecting a collective belief in Legislator Bynoe’s commitment to positive change, impactful policies, and responsive leadership.
