Stop & Shop Unveils Remodeled Baldwin Store

Stop & Shop, a neighborhood grocer for more than 100 years, today unveiled its newly remodeled store in Baldwin (905 Atlantic Ave). The store is now noticeably brighter and more modern and offers new features are centered around delivering fresh, healthy, and convenient options to make grocery shopping easier.

Highlights of the remodeled Baldwin store include:

· New grab-and-go meal solutions including a new hot foods bar featuring freshly packed entrees and sides, sushi made fresh daily, and a flatbread pizza station

· Enhanced produce department offering more ways to eat healthy

· Remodeled bakery department complete with delicious cakes, cupcakes and other treats

· Upgraded seafood and meat departments featuring fresh filets and choice cuts

· Organic and natural products integrated within the grocery aisles allowing customers to see all product options available

· Upgraded front-end with a new service counter and self-checkout registers to maximize efficiency and minimize wait time

“We’re excited to share our newly remodeled store with our local shoppers,” said Sal Colella, Store Manager of Stop & Shop Baldwin. “We’ve added more of what our customers want and upgrades they need to get their shopping done faster and get back to what matters most.”

The store continues to offer Pickup, providing customers with a faster and more convenient way to shop. Customers can place an order on the Stop & Shop® mobile app or visit www.stopandshop.com, click on “Order Online” and select “Pickup” at the Baldwin store. Customers can then head to the store and have a Stop & Shop associate load their groceries right into their car.

Shoppers can look forward to giveaways, February 11th-13th, along with an appearance by Giants Legend Jeff Feagles who will sign autographs on Saturday, February 12th from 10:00am-11:30am.
