Garden City High School Students Heading To All-Eastern Ensembles
The two student musicians are taking part in the incredibly select concert in April.

GARDEN CITY, NY — Two Garden City High School students were selected to participate or be an alternate for the 2023 All-Eastern Ensembles. Grayson Gardi was selected to participate for voice in the mixed chorus. Maeve Gillespie was chosen as an alternate for voice in either mixed or treble chorus.
Only the most musically talented high school students in the eastern region of the United States are selected to perform. These students will prepare challenging programs under the leadership of prominent conductors for this event.
In order for a student to be eligible for All-Eastern, they must be in grade 11 or 12 and have been selected to perform or serve as an alternate in their state’s 2022-23 All-State festival.
