Jollibee To Bring Its Fried Chicken To Long Island Mall

The Filipino chain is expanding in Nassau County.

GARDEN CITY, NY — The Filipino fast-food chain is expanding its U.S. locations to the Roosevelt Field Mall, as reported by the mall.

Corporate has not confirmed yet, but the Roosevelt Field Mall reported that they will be opening in early 2026.

The chain is known for its 'Chickenjoy' fried chicken, burgers, pies, and spaghetti with Jollibee's sweet-style sauce, ground beef, and hot dog, topped with melty cheese.

Jollibee is the flagship brand of Jollibee Foods Corporation. It currently has 103 stores in North America and more than 1,700 stores across the world, according to its website.

The Jollibee Group was founded in 1975 by Dr. Tony Tan Caktiong. It started as a small family business, and with the help of his wife Grace, his family, and his in-laws, they sold ice cream in the streets of Manila. After three years, they converted the ice cream parlors into hot meals.
