NICE Bus Resumes Service On Select Routes

Service is being restarted as roads are starting to clear, the service said.

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — Nassau County's NICE Bus is resuming limited service as of 5 p.m., depending on the condition of roads in the area.

According to NICE Bus, service will resume on the n4 (Jamaica-Freeport), n6 (Jamaica-Hempstead), n22 (Jamaica-Mineola/Hicksville), n24 (Jamaica-Garden City/Hicksville) and n40 (Mineola-Freeport) routes.

Buses will bypass Roosevelt Field as the terminal has not been plowed yet.

NICE Bus said crews will continue to evaluate roads to see when other routes can be resumed.
