Cops Raid Glen Cove Apartment Of Alleged Drug Dealer

Concerned residents reported his illegal activities to authorities, leading to his arrest, police say.

A drug dealer was arrested on Tuesday after authorities raided his Glen Cove apartment, police say.

According to authorities, a search warrant was executed at the Glen Street apartment of 23-year-old Adrian Seubarran and cops recovered a cocaine as well as drug paraphernalia such as scales and packaging materials.

Seubarran was arrested prior to the raid as he was leaving his apartment and police say they confiscated over $900 that was in his possession.

"This was a case where concerned citizens reported illegal activity to the police, which resulted in an arrest," Glen Cove Det. Lt. John Nagle said. "When drug dealers are arrested and their drugs are prevented from being distributed, the entire community benefits."

He was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Seubarran was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Wednesday and is being held on $160,000 cash bail.
