Glen Cove Pool Party Shooting Suspect Surrenders To Police: GCPD
The suspect, Remy Marshall, was arrested Thursday on gun-related charges, said the Glen Cove Police Department.
GLEN COVE, NY — The suspect who shot three people at a pool party at a posh hotel last Sunday surrendered himself to police on Thursday, according to the Glen Cove Police Department.
The suspect, Remy Marshall, was charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment in connection with the shooting of a security guard and two guests, whom were at a pool party at the The Mansion at Glen Cove, said GCPD.
On the evening of July 10, police responded to shots fired at the venue known for its black-tie events and found three men with gunshot wounds, who were later taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Patch confirmed.

The pool party, which was held for celebrity Big Fendi, drew nearly 200 guests. During the event the security guard who was shot had tried to break up a disturbance in the lobby, according to GCPD Lt. John Nagle.
The GCPD was not able to determine a motive for the shooting at this time, said Nagle on Thursday.

“We hope that this brings solace to the victims and brings closure to the members of our community,” the GCPD said in a statement.
