Glen Cove Seeks Local Christmas Tree Donation For Annual Holiday Festival
The city is hoping to find its centerpiece for the annual tree lighting ceremony within Glen Cove.
GLEN COVE, NY — The City of Glen Cove is searching for a locally-grown tree donation for this year's tree lighting ceremony in Village Square.
The Christmas tree will be the centerpiece of the annual tradition. Phil Zuccala and Michael Corigliano donated to last year's tree lighting ceremony.
The tree has to be from Glen Cove, and approximately 25 to 30-feet tall. It will be removed at no cost to the property owner, but it has to be clear of any power lines.
