A Glenwood Landing woman who suffers from a cognitive disorder has been missing since Thursday morning, police say.

According to authorities, Brenda Papile, 60, was last seen leaving her home in Glenwood Landing in a blue 2015 Nissan Versa, New York State Registration DWM3385, at 8 a.m. Her destination is unknown.
Police described her as white, 5 foot 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, with gray eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and sweatpants.

She is in need of medication.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Papile to call the Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or call 911.
