Library Book Fine Amnesty, Beach Cleanup

Here is a rundown of important events and reminders for this coming week:

Glen Cove Library's Amnesty Week
Bring your overdue items to the Library from September 16th through September 21st and your overdue fines will be waived—no questions asked! 

Glen Cove Library Board Meeting
Tuesday, 6:45 p.m. in Library History Room

Talk to the Mayor and City Departments
Wednesday, 7 p.m., Connolly School. Discuss concerns that are specific to your neighborhood. Representatives of the Police Department, the Department of Public Works, Building Department, and Code Enforcement will be there to address your questions.

Annual Pryibil's Beach Cleanup
Saturday, 9 a.m. Mayor Ralph V. Suozzi and the Glen Cove Beautification Commission invite volunteers to participate in the twenty-seventh annual International Coastal Beach Cleanup on Saturday, September 21st , 2013 (Rain Date will be Saturday, September 28th ).
