Voters Approve North Shore Budget, Elect Trustees

Residents headed to the polls Tuesday to vote on a school budget and elect board members.

North Shore residents approved a 2018-19 school budget on Tuesday.

The $104,868,519 budget passed, according to the school district. The budget is a 2.698 percent spending increase over the current year and it comes with a 2.698 percent tax levy increase.

Residents also elected Tim Madden and Lisa Vizza to the North Shore Board of Education.
