• Glen Cove apartments get tax break (longislandpress.com) — A new 29‑unit apartment building at 115 Glen St. is moving forward with Nassau County IDA tax breaks, bringing four low‑income units and ground‑level parking to Glen Cove. Construction will temporarily displace the Glen Cove Senior Center’s longtime parking lot, but the developer plans alternative parking during work and will reserve 13 spaces for seniors once the project is complete.
   

• Glen Cove Arts Community Leaders Nicole Loizides Albruzzese and Chris Moll Perform in "The Nutcracker" (patch.com) — Glen Cove arts leaders Nicole Loizides Albruzzese and Christopher Moll are taking featured roles in New York Dance Theatre’s Nutcracker at Hofstra University on December 20 and 21. Local families can see them perform alongside New York City Ballet stars, enjoy a semi‑immersive pre‑show experience, and know that part of ticket sales supports programs bringing dance to at‑risk youth and families in need.
