• Glen Cove apartments get tax break (longislandpress.com) — A new 29‑unit apartment building at 115 Glen St. is moving forward with Nassau County IDA tax breaks, bringing four low‑income units and ground‑level parking to Glen Cove. Construction will temporarily displace the Glen Cove Senior Center’s longtime parking lot, but the developer plans alternative parking during work and will reserve 13 spaces for seniors once the project is complete.
