Unofficial Results Are In For The Glen Cove Council Member Race

The unofficial results are in from the Nassau County Board of Elections.

GLEN COVE, NY — The unofficial results are in for the city of Glen Cove's council member race.

Twelve candidates were vying for six spots.

The following six who appeared to emerge victorious:

  • Danielle Fugazy Scagliola (Democratic) – Incumbent — 3,757 votes and 9.83 percent
  • John Frank Zozzaro (Democratic) – Incumbent — 3,372 votes and 8.82 percent
  • Grady M. Farnan (Republican) – Incumbent — 3,345 votes and 8.75 percent
  • Kevin P. Maccarone (Republican) – Incumbent — 3,318 votes and 8.68 percent
  • Michael I. Ktistakis (Republican) – Incumbent – 3,258 votes and 8.52 percent
  • John L. Perrone (Democratic) — 3,188 votes and 8.34 percent

They were vying against candidates, including:

  • Carla Anastasio (Democratic)
  • Theresa Moschetta (Democratic)
  • Cathryn Harris-Marchesi (Democratic)
  • Daniel A. Grabowski (Republican)
  • Ellen Pantazakos (Republican)
  • James M. Greenberg (Republican)

All results remain unofficial until certified by the Nassau County Board of Elections, as absentee and affidavit ballots have yet to be counted.
