GLEN HEAD, NY — A woman was dragged when thieves attempted to drive away with her Range Rover while she was pumping gas at a Glen Head gas station Wednesday, Nassau police confirmed.
The bizarre incident was captured on security camera video, where a white Porsche can be seen pulling up alongside the SUV, and a man entering the driver's side. The woman, holding onto the passenger's side, was dragged onto Glen Cove Road from the gas station, 76 Gas.
NBC New York reported that a bystander said the woman didn't know anyone had entered the SUV, and thought it was rolling on its own.

Police say the woman, 42, was treated for minor injuries at the scene. She reported that there were three or four men inside the white Cayenne Porsche.
It happened just before 11 a.m.
The victim, Cindy, who didn't share her face or last name, told ABC 7 News that she thought she had locked the doors when she left the SUV running.
Her husband told ABC 7 that the thieves abandoned the SUV because Cindy had the key fob.
Police describe the suspect as a Black man, 5'9" with a thin build, and wearing a dark-colored jacket and Adidas striped track pants. The other men in the Porsche were also described as adult Black men.
