Extra Train for Yom Kippur Travel
LIRR eastbound train to Great Neck departs Penn at 3:40 p.m.
The LIRR will operate eight additional eastbound trains from Penn Station between 2:08 p.m. and 3:48 p.m. Friday for those traveling home early in observance of Yom Kippur.
There will be one added train on the Port Washington Branch, which departs at 3:40 p.m. and stops in Great Neck.
