Fire At Lemon Tree Shuts Down Part of Northern

A blaze at the Lemon Tree at 110 Northern Blvd. shut down part of Northern Blvd. this afternoon, as firefighters fought the flame.

The thoroughfare was shut down between Jayson Ave. and Great Neck Road at about 3p.m. By 5:45p.m., a cleanup crew was already working on restoring the building's rooftop and removing debris. The store remains standing.
