Great Neck Plaza Burglar At Large

The suspect of a burglary in Great Neck Plaza was still at large late on Tuesday afternoon, say Nassau County Police.

Police were called to 13 Welwyn Road at around 3:05p.m., after a superintendent of the building noticed an apartment door left wide open. It is unknown exactly what was taken, because the occupants were not home.

Police dogs were called to the area to search for the perpetrator, who was still on the loose after 5p.m.

A in Kings Point has left police in the community imploring residents to activate their alarms.
