Great Neck Soccer Teams Play Thursday

Here's what's happening today in Great Neck:

1. It’s going to be sunny with a high of 75 degrees Thursday.

2. We love it when rivals play. Great Neck North boys soccer hosts Manhasset at 4:30 p.m. at Parkwood. Great Neck South boys soccer hosts Calhoun at 4:30 p.m. while the South girls face Syosset on the road. 

3. Several workshops at the Great Neck Library, from Creative writing at 4 p.m.; Make a musical at 5 p.m.; Video contest at 7 p.m.; Final Cut Pro at 8 p.m.   

4. Legis. Wayne Wink, D-Roslyn, has announced that the mammogram program will take place Thursday at the Manorhaven Beach Park parking lot  at 158 Manorhaven Blvd., from 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. Learn more.
