Reza Farahan Is Coming To Great Neck
The 'Shahs of Sunset' reality star posted on Facebook that he'd be returning to Great Neck.
Slap on your tribute mustache, because Reza Farahan, star of Bravo TV's "Shah's of Sunset," announced on Facebook last week that he'd be coming to Great Neck.
Farahan, a gay Persian-American who is a standout on the reality TV series for his cutting sense of humor, shot one of the most serious episodes of the first season in Great Neck, when he reunited with his estranged father, and his father's Jewish-Iranian family.
Farahan himself is half Muslim, half Jewish. His father was brought to tears in a scene in which he admits that he abandoned Reza and his mother, after being encouraged by his own mother, Reza's grandmother, to leave his non-Jewish family behind in Los Angelos, and continue a traditional Jewish way of life.Â
