16-Year-Old Boy Shot And Killed In Harlem: Police
A 16-year-old teenager died after he was shot in Harlem early Thursday morning, police said.

HARLEM, NY – Clarence Jones, a 16-year-old teenage boy, died after he was shot in Harlem at about 1:40 a.m. on Thursday morning.
Police found Jones with a gunshot wound to his torso near West 124th Street and Lenox Avenue, not far from where he lived, officials confirmed.
Although emergency responders rushed Jones to Harlem Hospital, they were unable to save him, according to authorities. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
According to PIX11, two men wearing black Nike hoodies and black pants fled the scene on Razor scooters, traveling westbound on 125th Street.

PIX11 also reported that a car was struck by a stray bullet in the shooting. The driver’s side was hit, and the driver, who was reportedly in the car, was taken to the hospital. Police don’t believe the driver was shot, but glass from the car's window reportedly fell on the driver when a bullet hit the vehicle.
