2 Shot In Manhattan Overnight, Police Say

HARLEM, NY — Two men were hospitalized after a shooting in Harlem on Thursday night, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the two men, 21 and 33 years old, were near West 131st Street and Lenox Avenue at 9:34 p.m. when they were both shot by a perpetrator.

The 21-year-old was shot in the shoulder and the 33-year-old was shot in the leg, police said.

Emergency medics rushed both victims to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where both are in stable condition, police said.

Police are investigating the incident, and at this time, don't have a description of the suspect or information on what exactly led up to the shooting.
