77-Year-Old From East Harlem Goes Missing, Police Says
The man was last seen on Aug. 18.

EAST HARLEM, NY — Police were looking Wednesday for a 77-year-old man from East Harlem after he was reported missing, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, Robert Shells was last seen leaving his home on Park Avenue between East 100th Street and 101st Street in Manhattan at 4 p.m. on Aug. 18.
Police said the missing man is approximately six-foot-one and 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, red checkered sweater, black pants, and black shoes, police said.

Police said anyone with information regarding Shells can call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or on X (formerly Twitter) @NYPDTips.
