Bronx Man Nabbed In Deadly August Harlem Shooting: NYPD
Jacob Franco, 29, was found shot in the chest on West 128th Street on Aug. 11, police said.

HARLEM — A Bronx man was charged in the shooting death of a man in the streets of Harlem last August, police said.
Hector West, 33, of Andrews Ave., was charged about 1:30 p.m. Thursday with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
Jacob Franco, 29, was found shot in the chest on West 128th Street near Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard about 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 11, police said.

Medics rushed the wounded man to Harlem Hospital, but doctors could not save his life, according to the NYPD.
Franco lived in Brownsville on Powell Street, police said.
