From costumed fun to open street trick-or-treating, here are the best and spookiest Halloween events in Harlem.
HARLEM, NY - Whether you’re in for spooky fun or sweet treats this Halloween, there’s plenty going on in Harlem.
Those interested in ghost and ghoul sightings can expect appearances from Dracula, Frankenstein, the Mummy and more at NYSoM’s 11th annual Halloween Havoc spooktacular. Family fun continues with the Harlem Grown Halloween Festival and Pets Halloween Costume Party in Jackie Robinson Park.
In addition to costume- and candy-filled events, several Harlem streets will be opened up to trick-or-treaters as part of the city's “trick-or-streets": a one-day expansion of the Open Streets program.
