Man Bludgeoned With Guns During Harlem Home Invasion, Police Say
Robbers used guns as blunt weapons after barging into a man's Harlem home.
HARLEM, NY — Robbers used guns to repeatedly beat a man after barging into his Harlem apartment, police said.
Three people knocked on the door of an apartment on Manhattan Avenue and West 120th Street on Monday, Dec. 9 and pushed their way into the home when a 24-year-old resident opened the door, police said. Once inside, two of the home invaders threatened the man with guns before using the firearms as blunt weapons to strike him in the face multiple times, police said.
After the beating, the robbers left the apartment building without stealing anything, an NYPD spokesperson said.

The victim suffered bruising to his face but refused medical attention, police said.
