Man Stabbed During Robbery In Manhattan Subway Station, Police Say
The knife was recovered on the train platform after the attack.

HARLEM, NY — A 45-year-old man was robbed and stabbed just after midnight in Harlem, New York City Police Department officials said.
According to the NYPD, the victim was walking near West 147th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue at 12:43 a.m. Tuesday when a man approached him and forcibly took his property at knifepoint. Police sources say the man removed a set of keys and a watch from the man.
Then, the perpetrator fled underground into the 145th Street subway station, to an uptown-bound D train platform, and the victim followed him, police said.

Once on the platform, the perpetrator stabbed the victim in the stomach, police said.
The 43-year-old perpetrator was arrested, and a knife was recovered at the scene, police said.

The victim was treated for injuries on the scene and was not hospitalized, police said.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
