HARLEM, NY - A man accused of grabbing a passerby at a Harlem park is being sought by authorities.

The man, pictured in a Manhattan Special Victims Squad X photo, is wanted for a forcible touching incident on Sept. 20 about 1:35 p.m. around Marcus Garvey Park, police said.
