Teen In Critical Condition After East Harlem Stabbing: NYPD

A 16-year-old is fighting for his life following a stabbing in East Harlem Thursday evening, authorities said.

EAST HARLEM, NY - A 16-year-old is fighting for his life following a stabbing in East Harlem Thursday evening, authorities said.

The teen was stabbed in front of a deli at 74 East 116 St. about 6:20 p.m., police said.

Medics transported the teen to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem in critical condition.
