Woman Stabbed To Death Inside Harlem Apartment, Police Say

HARLEM, NY — A 47-year-old woman was stabbed to death early Monday inside a West 129th Street apartment in Harlem, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, officers responded around 4:25 a.m. to a 911 call about an assault at 409 West 129th St., near Convent Avenue, and found the woman inside the apartment building with multiple stab wounds.

She was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in critical condition, where she succumbed to her injuries, police said.

Police said the investigation is underway, but that no arrests have been made yet.
