This year a science element was added to the evening, as math and science most often go hand-in-hand. Whether it was an exercise in balance or magnetics, students embraced the new additions.

Examples of games were “Four In A Row—a Multiplication Strategy Game” or “The $1.64 Puzzle” where participants are tasked with taking 4 Quarters, 4 Dimes, 4 Nickels, and 4 Pennies and placing them in columns so the sum is $1.64. As always, the most popular and edible activity was Marshmallow Geometry.
