The award winning Harrison High School band will be holding a unique fundraiser “Savor the Flavor – A Taste of the Towns”. The event will take place on Saturday April 9 from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. at Reid Castle at Manhattanville College in Purchase.
Sponsored by the Harrison High School Band Parents Association, the event is a “trifecta” of entertainment. First, there will be scrumptious edibles from more than 25 local restaurants to wet one’s culinary appetite. Come and sample dishes from our local fine restaurants and a cash beer and wine bar is also available to complete the dining experience.
And we all know nothing goes together like food and live music. There will be students not only from the multiple medal-winning marching band, wind, jazz and percussion ensembles performing but students who are eager to showcase their talents from the elementary and middle school as well.

The Harrison High School Band Parents Association strives to support not only their own musicians and maestros but to celebrate musical performance creativity throughout the district.
As if the food and entertainment were not enough, there will be one of the most amazing silent auctions ever held in Harrison. Items graciously donated for auction include once-in-a-lifetime opportunities such as a 30-minute pitching lesson with none other than future Hall of Famer, New York Yankees pitcher Mariano Rivera or a private tour of the United States Capitol and lunch in the members-only Congressional Dining Room with Congresswoman Nita Lowey.
