Harrison Poll: New Dog Park

This week's Harrison poll asks if readers will make use of the new public dog park expected to open within the next two weeks.

Harrison expects to open a brand new dog park in Veterans Park on Crystal Street within the next two weeks. The project has taken about a year to complete and is expected to be an important part of the community for years to come.

The park will cost $20 for each dog on an annual basis and requires all dogs that use the park to be licensed with the town. The town clerk's office has already received numerous calls about the park and Clerk Joseph Acocella said he expects it to be a hit with residents.

This week's poll asks readers if they will make use of the park this summer.
