How Often Do You Shop Downtown?

The downtown business district in Harrison has been a much talked about issue for years.

It's well known that many of the shops along Halstead Avenue have struggled recently. And while  and offer promise for the future, many have questioned if the town will ever be able to draw shoppers to downtown Harrison when cities like White Plains and New Rochelle are only a short drive away.
