Man Dies After Morning Crash on I-95

The fatal accident happened near mile marker 10.5 in Harrison, according to New York State Police.

A man was killed this morning after he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a median on Interstate I-95 in Harrison, State Police say.

The accident happened as the driver was traveling north-bound near mile marker 10.5 just after 6 a.m. The driver was transported to White Plains Hospital and later died. Police say they are currently looking into whether a pre-existing medical condition had anything to do with the accident.

The driver's name and age were not immediately available.

No other vehicles were involved.

The left and center lanes of the three-lane highway were closed for about 30 minutes, police say.
