Question: Opening Up the Park

Harrison's decision this week to allow surrounding communities access to its downtown dog park was probably the polite thing to do.

Members of neighboring communities had been calling the Harrison town clerk's office, asking if they could have access to the park. The town board chose to grant this access, although outsiders will have to pay more than twice as much to take their dog to Harrison's park.

But do you think that people outside of town should have access to the park at all? Or are you in favor of sharing with our neighbors while the town pockets a few extra dollars?
