Question: Would You Picket Outside of Your Workplace?

Tensions are getting high between Verizon and several thousand employees, as workers are taking to the streets to picket outside of Verizon FIOS and Verizon Wireless locations.

Today's question of the day asks if your union (or hypothetical union) was at odds with your employer, would you stand outside and protest? There are sometimes consequences, some employers maintain the right to terminate employees in the event of a walk-out, but if you felt your rights were being trampled on it might be worthwhile.

The decision, however, comes down to the individual. Is picketing outside of work something you would do?
