Quiznos in Downtown Harrison Closes

One of the more high profile locations in Harrison's downtown business district is empty, as the at Harrison and Halstead Avenues has closed down.

The sandwich franchise's only local location is already empty and a note has been hung on the door, saying "closed". 

Empty storefronts have been an ongoing issue in Harrison's downtown. Lack of foot traffic through the area, paired with the weak economy have made it difficult for businesses to stay afloat.

Quiznos had been one of the only chain eateries in the downtown area near the Harrison Train Station.
