The presentation will be lead by commercial kitchen owner Jaine Zaidman Goldentaier. Goldentaier will discuss a range of topics, including how to start a food business, how to start a catering business, things you need to know before working in a commercial kitchen, and why churche kitchens are a surprisingly good place to start a new business.
