1. An interactive circus is coming to DUMBO in November! Now, veteran actor David Arquette announced that he acquired the rights to the iconic Bozo The Clown, who will be making his debut there. It's Halloween this weekend but have no fear – this will be a fun clown, not a scary one. (Entertainment Tonight)
2. There are minimal planned MTA service disruptions in the neighborhood this weekend, including a re-routing of the F train to the A/C lines late Saturday night. (Brooklyn Heights Blog)
3. It seems there's always more to say about Olympia, DUMBO's latest mega tower. The latest: it's second-largest residence is listed for $12.9 million. The penthouses have yet to be released into the market. (Mansion Global)
