Correction Officer Arrested for Attacking Ex-Boyfriend, NYPD Says
Theresa Tucker, 53, was arrested on Saturday and charged with assault in Brooklyn Heights, police said.

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, NY — A off-duty Correction Officer was arrested over the weekend after she attacked her ex-boyfriend in Brooklyn Heights, police said.
Theresa Tucker, 53, got into an argument with her ex-boyfriend at about 11 a.m. when she started to attack him, a spokeswoman for the NYPD said. She was arrested and charged with assault, menacing and disorderly conduct by cops in the 84 Precinct, police said.
She was released without bail and had a temporary order of protection issued against her at her arraignment, court records show.

Tucker worked for the Department of Corrections since 2000 and was assigned to the Brooklyn Detention Center, a source said.
