Back in January new Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso declared Borough Hall plaza no longer a parking area for city employee-owned cars, breaking from the criticized practices of his predecessor Eric Adams. Recently, though, Reynoso's own car was caught parked in Downtown Brooklyn with an expired registration sticker. (Brooklyn Paper)
  2. Here's the inside story of Brooklyn's new tallest tower rising out of the former Dime Savings Bank. According to one of the leading architects, its hexagonal structure is meant to give it a 'lighthouse' effect in the center of the borough's skyline, as its observed from all sides. (The Real Deal)
