1. There's a lot of MTA service alerts to decipher for this weekend. Brooklyn-bound 2 and 3 trains will be skipping Bergen Street and Grand Army Plaza, the R train sounds like it's best to avoid, the G train isn't running between Hoyt-Schermerhorn and Church Avenue ... and there's more. 2. DUMBO is ranked #2 in Street Easy's "10 hottest neighborhoods to watch" in 2022. Red Hook, Fort Greene, and recently rezoned Gowanus also made the list. (Time Out New York)

4. New York City private and religious schools such as Yeshivas will face a vaccine mandate starting on December 20th. The mandate will affect approximately 56,000 employees. (NYC Patch)
