Here are the top four stories today in Brooklyn Heights-DUMBO:
- Activists rallied in Downtown Brooklyn against the construction of a dog-run on a site believed to have once been a stop on the Underground Railroad. - Tuesday was the first day housing courts opened in Downtown Brooklyn since the end of the eviction moratorium. Housing organizers and activists tabled in front of the court entrance, greeting a small line of tenants waiting to enter. (The Indypendent)
