Scaffolding Collapse In Downtown Brooklyn Injures 3, Police Say
A construction worker and two pedestrians were hurt Saturday after a scaffolding outside a Starbucks collapsed, police said.

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN, NY — A scaffolding collapsed outside a Downtown Brooklyn Starbucks and injured three people over the weekend, police said.
A construction worker and two pedestrians were hurt after the scaffolding surrounding the Starbucks, at 50 Court St. near the Borough Hall subway station, fell while crews were removing it at about 11 a.m., a spokeswoman for the NYPD said.
The victims were taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries, police said.

A traffic signal at the intersection of Court and Joralemon streets was also knocked down by the scaffolding, the New York Post reported.
