Video: A Group of Men Assault and rob Five Victims Across Brooklyn: NYPD
Video: Police are seeking a group of male suspects who assaulted and robbed victims in Fort Greene, DUMBO, Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy.
CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN — Over a six day period, a string of five assaults and robberies occurred within the 84th and 88th precincts, police said.
The muggings took place between Aug. 16 and Aug. 22, according to the NYPD, and targeted victims on the streets of Fort Greene, DUMBO, Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy .
- On Tuesday, Aug. 16, at 9:40 p.m., a group of male suspects approached a 23 year old male victim, in the vicinity of Classon Avenue and Clifton Place in Clinton Hill, and threatened to assault him as one of the males removed property from the victim's pants pocket. Police are seeking the suspects related to this incident in the video below.

- On Aug. 22, at 1:15 a.m., a group of male suspects approached a 23 year old male victim, in the vicinity of Willoughby Avenue and Myrtle Avenue in Bed-Stuy, and stated that one of the males was armed with a firearm while the others assaulted him. The males then removed the victims backpack and cellphone.
- On Aug. 22, 1:40 a.m., a group of male suspects approached a 43 year old male victim, in the vicinity of Lafayette Avenue and Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill, and pushed him to the ground before removing his property.
- On Aug. 22, at 4:45 a.m., a group of male approached a 37 year old female victim, in the vicinity of Water Street and Pearl Street in DUMBO, and threatened to assault the victim before removing her cell phone and purse.
- On Aug. 22, at 5:50 a.m., a group of male suspects approached a 25 year old male victim, in the vicinity of Concord Street and Bridge Street in Fort Greene, and assaulted the victim before removing his backpack.
