HICKSVILLE, NY — Two people were hurt and taken to hospitals following a crash in Hicksville.

The Hicksville Volunteer Fire Department was called around 8 a.m. Friday for a wreck at Broadway and East Marie Street. Two people were hurt and taken to hospitals, officials said. Their conditions weren't immediately known.

Commuters traveling north on Broadway saw major delays in their morning commute as just one lane remained open.
