Nassau Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash
Police say the man collided with an item in the road, which caused him to crash.
BETHPAGE, NY — A Bellmore man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Bethpage Friday night, Nassau County police said.
According to police, Angelo Leto, 56, was driving a 2008 Harley Davidson south on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway at 11:49 p.m. when he struck a yellow barrier barrel in the lane, just beyond the Hempstead Turnpike overpass.
The collision made Leto lose control and strike another yellow barrier barrel, as well as a barrier truck.

Leto was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
